My course content is blank when I open it, or exams are blank and will not load.
Make sure you are using a browser supported by the learning platform. These include:
- Chrome (Desktop/Tablet/Mobile)
- Internet Explorer 11+ (Desktop/Tablet/Mobile)
- Firefox (Desktop)
- Safari (macOS/iOS)
- Android (Tablet/Mobile)
Also, try clearing your browser’s cache, then logging out and back into the learning platform.
Finally, try using another browser if the content still does not appear.Back to Top
I completed my certification exam, but I do not see a link to download my certificate.
Once this is complete, a link to download your certificate appears on the left side.
