Accessing Course Content

My course content is blank when I open it, or exams are blank and will not load.

Make sure you are using a browser supported by the learning platform.  These include:

  • Chrome (Desktop/Tablet/Mobile)
  • Internet Explorer 11+ (Desktop/Tablet/Mobile)
  • Edge
  • Firefox (Desktop)
  • Safari (macOS/iOS)
  • Android (Tablet/Mobile)

Also, try clearing your browser’s cache, then logging out and back into the learning platform.

Finally, try using another browser if the content still does not appear.
