A full refund is only given for cancellations received in writing 30 or more days prior to the starting date of the course. Cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice will not be refunded. An individual or company may request to transfer an existing registration to a different class in writing with 20 or more days’ notice. Changes requested with less than 20 days’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
This policy also applies to companies purchasing private on-site courses or any individual purchasing a seat in a Public Open Enrollment course.
TEC reserves the right to change or cancel classes at any time. If this happens, TEC will refund the course fee in full. TEC’s liability is limited to the course fee only and cannot be held liable for other related expenses (airfare, airline penalties, lodging, etc.).
If a company or individual does not attend a class (no show), the company or individual will not be eligible for a refund.

TEC eLearning and on-demand courses are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. Student registration may take up to 48 hours from the time of purchase to complete.
